Ooooo, Something Shiny!

I try hard not to repeat myself in the blog. I don't want to put out the same depressing yarn each and every week. But I only blog what I feel. I have no choice.

There are times when I lack focus and clarity.
There are times when I lack focus and clarity.

My thoughts are chaotic, there are too many images running through my head.
My thoughts are chaotic, there are too many images running through my head.

I cannot function anymore, I have no balance, no concentration, no function in life.
I cannot function anymore, I have no balance, no concentration, no function in life.

There is joy in isolation.
There is joy in isolation.

Darkness is coming, I look forward to it.
The light shows too much, the darkness hides most everything.
There is always something shiny, even in the darkness.

Cha-Cha-Cha-Changes

You cannot avoid it. Eventually it affects you, your life, your peace of mind. Change is a normal occurrence of everyday life and I'm not talking about nickels and dimes, I'm talking about big change (and noooo that's not quarters and 50 cent pieces).

Once you learn to accept it, life can follow some form of normalcy (whatever that may be). I'm not saying that's good or bad, it just is. Unfortunately just as you get used to the last change, it happens again and again and again.

But there is one thing about change that many people do not know about; you don't have to accept it. You can reject change. Maybe not all the time, but you definitely can do it some of the time. And once you start to reject change, you can then achieve some form of normalcy.

So no matter what you do, accept it or reject – change will happen and life will settle down for a while.

Why am I even talking about this? Because I've been through change; big change. I've reached some level of acceptance and peacefulness about it and I'm NOT ready to do it again.

Got it?!

Exclusive Don't Mean Nothing To Me

To everyone that spent the time and money to be the Star Wars Celebration III Darth Vader Figure because it was so exclusive (which meant you could only get it at CIII or later on the web site) - here is what I did to mine.

Let me introduce to you,
The Super Exclusive 'Regis Jack' Star Wars Celebration III Deformed Vader Figure.

And "Yes," I did violently tear the head off the vader figure to replace it with the larger foam head.

Next I'm going to modify the phrases that it says. I'm looking for the soundbite, "This is CNN"
